Return and Refund Policy

We are currently only able to offer a 7 day return period for eyewear. The 7 days begin the day the package is delivered. If you want to process a return, you must notify us at info@miwanieyewear.com within the 7 days from your order being delivered. ONLY UNWORN items can be returned within the 7 day satisfaction guarantee. We have the right to deny a return for worn or slightly worn items.
MIWANI Eyewear does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return an item(s). The item (s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
All returns must be packed securely and should be shipped in their original outer shipping carton using the original foam packing. If the original outer shipping carton and foam packing are not available, then you may substitute a strong outer shipping carton and foam packing materials of comparable quality suitable for shipping fragile items.
If the item you received has a manufacturer defect, please email info@miwanieyewear.com with your order number, your name and address, at least (4) four photos, details of the product defect, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Please allow up to 7-10 Working Days for the refund to be credited to your payment method.
All refunds will be issued to the form of payment used to make the original purchase.
Please note MIWANI Eyewear will charge a 15% restock fee on all returns (except manufacturer defects).
